All outfits are made-to-measure and require accurate measurements from customers. Customers can provide their measurements through virtual consultations via video call, using a self-measurement kit.
If needed, mobile measurement services are available where a representative can visit the client’s location to take their measurements at a Cost.
Once an order is placed, changes can only be made within 24 hours. After this period, the design process begins, and modifications may not be possible.
Production timelines vary based on design complexity and fabric availability. Customers will receive an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation.
